THE FIRST COFFEE LESSON FOR FOUNDING FOUR
A pour-over coffee brewing lesson will begin accommodating four Street Company members who are passionate about learning coffee skills and determined to take on and lead the coffee project.
We call them “The Founding 4”

FARMERS MARKET POP-UP SHOP
“The Founding 4” will launch pop-up shops at the Lancaster Farmers Market, every Thursday from 4pm to 9pm.
First, we wish to serve the community with a good cup of coffee. Second, we want to share our visions with people of Lancaster and mobilize their support.

COFFEE ROASTING AND DISTRIBUTION
“The Founding 4” who are equipped with advanced barista and roasting skills will expand their reach through operating a coffee truck
They will also begin roasting coffee beans locally and deliver it to the business community in Lancaster with hope to earn their support and to serve them with freshly roasted coffee.

CASTERS COFFEE & ROASTER
IN LANCASTER, CA
Street Company will open Casters Coffee Shop, where anyone in the community can come and enjoy time with their loved ones while having good coffee.
The coffee shop will provide a ten-month long transitional employment program for the local homeless individuals. The program will be accompanied by holistic rehabilitation programs through partnerships with other human service organizations
